Roles and Responsibilities:

• Interaction with Client, gathering Business requirements across multiple geographies and providing feasible and effective solutions
• To prepare documentation, chart out scope of work as per guideline and requirement of customer
• Translate business objectives into clear functional and technical requirements to the team members
• To plan the work flow, to design and configure system.
• Ensure that the system accurately meets the defined expectations of the business
• Proper testing is implemented, and performance and security requirements are closely monitored by working with the development team and product manager.
• Analysis, Design, Configuration, Testing, Training, implementation and post implementation support, technical and functional specifications and interfaces handling.
• Provide on-going post implementation technical support.

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of minimum experience in NetSuite Functional domain
• Experience in analysis, design and development in NetSuite
• Experience in NetSuite customization with the help of Suite Scripts like Client Script, User Event, Suitelet, RESTlet.
• Knowledge of NetSuite Web services (SOAP & REST) & RESTlets
• Must be able to work independently
• Must demonstrate strong leadership skills.
• Effectively communicating with internal teams and external clients to deliver functional requirements
• Must possess problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task, Strong interpersonal, team building, organizational and motivational skills

Desired:

• B. Tech./BE /MCA, Degree in Computer Science or related field
• NetSuite Certified Professional, desired, but not required
• Techno-Functional experience, desired, but not required
• Strong Accounting/ Finance background, Chartered Accountant, MBA in Finance preferred but not required

• 2+ years of hands-on experience working with NetSuite administration, development, and customization.
• Strong proficiency in SuiteScript (SuiteScript 1.0 and/or 2.0) for scripting customizations.
• Experience with SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, SuiteBuilder, and other NetSuite tools and modules.
• Demonstrated experience in integrating NetSuite with other systems using web services, APIs, and middleware.
• Solid understanding of ERP and CRM concepts, business processes, and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• NetSuite certifications (e.g., Suite Foundation, Administrator, and Developer) are a plus.
• Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and relational databases is desirable.
